Shipping Policy

Damaged Items 

If you received a damaged item please reach out to us via email within 4 days of the delivered date. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping. Please send an email to hello@franbydesign.com

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim. 

 

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for international duties, taxes & tariffs charges that may apply. 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final.

Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
